Cook your Del Terruño Tri-tip whole and grill indirectly for 30 to 40 minutes, or cut it into 1-inch thick steaks, and grill them for eight minutes or so over a low to medium direct heat. We recommend that you let your steak or roast sit for a few minutes before you carve or serve it.
