Yes. Because from birth to packinghouse, every Del Terruño animal wears an identifying eartag that tells you the breed, sex, name of the rancher that raised it, and diet. Then at the packinghouse, the eartags are scanned; age, weight, name of packinghouse and date are added. And from packinghouse to distribution, every Del Terruño cut has a number that identifies it back to the original lot. T.M.I.? You decide.
